Robert Leone began his career in the insurance and financial services industry in 1995. After a few years of working as a Prudential Financial advisor, Robert joined his long-time friend Gus Gotsis, and in 1997 they opened their own independent insurance agency. In 2005, as their business expanded and clientele grew, they joined with fellow University of South Florida alumnus Paul O'Grady to form the Accurate Advisory Group. In 2022, Accurate Advisory Group became a new brand combining their three companies, Accurate Advisory Group, Accurate Family, and Accurate Wealth Solutions. This transition to one brand allowed Accurate Advisory Group to combine the strengths of all three lines of business under one umbrella.
